The program will enable you to learn from professionals with specialized expertise and technical knowledge, and provide professional development and technical training, in addition to employment opportunities with the firm after graduation.

For staff accountant positions, we hire outstanding students who graduate with a degree in accounting with sufficient course work to sit for the CPA exam. Baker Tilly encourages team members to obtain their CPA certification within the first two years of employment. Eligible team members can attend the Becker CPA Exam Review course with no out-of-pocket costs and are reimbursed for CPA licensure.
