Our intern program is designed to help you contribute to client engagements while allowing you to continue your academic experience within a professional setting through hands-on and meaningful work. The program will enable you to learn from professionals with specialized expertise and technical knowledge, and provide professional development and technical training, in addition to employment opportunities with the firm after graduation.
We hire recent graduates within our audit, tax, and advisory practices who collaborate with professionals on engagements, touching different industries and clients. 150 credit hours are required for audit and tax associate opportunities.

For staff accountant positions, we hire outstanding students who graduate with a degree in accounting with sufficient course work to sit for the CPA exam. Baker Tilly encourages team members to obtain their CPA certification within the first two years of employment. Eligible team members can attend the Becker CPA Exam Review course with no out-of-pocket costs and are reimbursed for CPA licensure.
