Two years from full-time eligibility: First year accounting majors, sophomores and juniors learn about the firm's culture and exciting career opportunities, participate in workshops and interact with our professionals for a feel of “day-to-day" at Baker Tilly. Participate in workshops and activities and interview for internships.
One year from full-time eligibility: Our intern program is for junior and fifth-year senior accounting students with interest in a career in public accounting. The program provides excellent technical training, professional development and opportunity for employment with the firm after graduation.
Senior: We hire full-time entry level staff accountants for our audit, tax and advisory practices who work with higher management on engagements, touching different industries and clients. 150 credit hours upon graduation required

For staff accountant positions, we hire outstanding students who graduate with a degree in accounting with sufficient course work to sit for the CPA exam. Baker Tilly encourages team members to obtain their CPA certification within the first two years of employment. Eligible team members can attend the Becker CPA Exam Review course with no out-of-pocket costs and are reimbursed for CPA licensure.
